What is the actual document called? I am married to a Saudi national and we are already married for several years but did not get the permission of marraige document. We want to move to Saudi Arabia but have to get the right documents. Would like some information on this.

Who ever is Saudi, have to consult with interior ministry office of his region.

I'm not sure if my answers help you but I give it try, my husband and I got married in Turkey we have to do so many test and after almost 3 weeks we got what they call a married license, as far I know in the US, or all middle east, is what they call , I don't know your nationality but if you are US citizen your husband most know if they give you the nationality from Saudi , I'm not sure but in Dubai they never give you the citizen ship no matter how many years you are married with some one from there, so I imagine is the same in Saudi, if you want to talk more about this send me a mail and we can talk OK.
