Planning a trip to Ocho Rios and looking for any tips regarding discount (decent) lodging.

Cheap places to eat, nightlife etc.

Nothing all inclusive just the run of the mill discount decent hotels and any cool tips you could offer would be great.

Hello.

I have some documents I have to send to USA by FAX or have to find a scanner to scan them in central Rotterdam.

Could someone tell me where I can use FAX for overseas or a location where I can use a scanner? I thought maybe public libraries have a scanner, but I am not a member of it nor any school.
