I wanna make a trip crossing some various states.
Most of the time I got a place to stay.
But not in Nevada & north Arizona.
Because it will be for one night on each spot, I was wandering ..
can't you sleep out in your car ?
If so, what's the best place to do it in ?
Or will it be easier to use a campsite ?

I think in the US if only one parent is travelling, they need to get the authorisation from the other parent to take the child out. Is that requried in the UK. My wife will be travelling to India on a short visit with our baby and I am not going along....

I think we're very lucky to live in such a country that is safe and have democracy but are our Ministers are at time very childish!

Mr Mallard and Mr Henare are a good example of this, their punch up yesterday was very childish. I'm 17 and I feel that I'm beyond this catty high school behavior. These are two fully grown men. So much for the anti-smacking law... If our Ministers can't even control their anger, what hope is their for the rest of the country to follow?

What do you all think? Are you disgusted by this?

I am looking to go to a university in Australia but am unsure where I want to go. My question is not to ask which university is best but rather which area in Australia is best to live in. Anyone who has been to Australia can answer this question, not only people who live there. Where in Australia do you consider to be the best place to live. Please explain your reason for choosing the place in Australia that you do.

Looked like a wallaby. But it was MASSIVE, so probably a kangaroo.
Black fur. With a bit of silver.
About 5 foot 3....

I've lived in a lot of countries, and currently live in NZ. When I arrived here from the UK a few years ago, I was surprised to see that Kiwis appear to be less relaxed than the average population in the UK, Canada, Germany, or France.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but there is something intense about the people here, something that feels to me as if they can't find serenity in anything, are always on edge, always restless, nervous.
I remember the poise and the dignity that seemed to be in the air in places like Sweden, Bavaria, Switzerland, or the US, and I'm beginning to ask myself how Australia would be in this regard.
Is there someone out there who has a well-founded opinion on both countries and can illuminate the issue for me?
I know I like my Australian colleagues, and they do seem very warm and mellow. But that's only five people, and it may be a coincidence...

I want to fly as far as possible. Can anyone give me any ideas of some great vacations--we LOVE ocean and pristine beaches-Florida is a cheap flight for us and too close to use for these nonlimiting tickets--any ideas about California? when is the best time to go, road trip? land where? best beaches to visit and should think about may be cruise on that side of the us? Ideas please because I need to plan by January and I am stagnated and cannot find enough info on California as to their beaches and do we rent a car and drive up the coast? Also, when is their summer because I dislike cold weather - I live in it 10 out of 12 months where I live. Thank you to everyone that can help me with some insight......all ideas will be considered....other than giving the tickets up because they are nontransferable and could only be used on the "continent" of the US. Are Caucasian hostesses common in Japan? Are Japanese hostesses more preferred? Basically in a competition of desire, (sorry for the stereotype) if you put a leggy, big blue eyed, busty, long blonde haired American woman against a shorter, Asian brown eyed (any type of Asian shape eye), slimmer bodied, black haired Japanese woman, which would a Japanese man most likely pick as prettier, cuter or sexier (pretty, cute and sexy are all different things)? Also imagine the women have similar personalities and are the same age. This isn't a racial thing. It's just that my friend said that "gaijins" especially Caucasian-American women aren't found very attractive in Japan and Asia. Please post thoughts and/or expierence. Thanks.
