Hey I'm goin to Poland in September and I'll be visitng Auschwitz while I'm there. I study History and I know it'll be a truely once in a lifetime experience, it's just I don't know what to expect, can it b a really emotional experience like everybody says?

Some of my friends and I would just like to take short cruises and trips that are geared for older, mature singles. Older doesn't mean old! Mid 40's is mature, but certainly not old, and we don't want to be stuck on a cruise with a bunch of "kids" or "senior citizens" but would prefer a clientele composed of our own age group. We live in NYC and love to party, dance, drink, swim and soak up the sun's rays, sports, etc., but we're committed to not doing so with "kids" or "senior citizens." We've researched only a few singles cruises and found their pictorials very disappointing in that the clientele may be single, but obviously too young or too old.

My pregnant wife forgot to pay for the bus and was caugt by an inspector, she also produced my student oyster card which was taken from her since my monthly pass had expired the day before (she didn't know if its expiration) - what should I do? Should I call TFL and try to get my card back (whats the penalty for not paying a fare?) or should I apply for another Oyster card?

I am in Edmonton for the summer and I want to do as much as possible while I'm here. I live by the U of A campus and I don't have a car.

I already know that there will be a number of festivals this summer.

I am looking for things to do on a daily basis.

Please suggest restaurants, events, classes and how to get there by public transity from the university.

Please do not suggest restuarants on Whyte Ave or West Ed Mall.

I would also like to know about things happening on the U of A campus.

Me and my family are going on vacation to Charleston, South Carolina the week of July 4th. We are going to watch the fireworks show there. I think it's called Patriots Point 4th of July Blast. The article I read about it said that there are hot bands there...does that mean popular pop bands of today, or what? The article also says that the fireworks are shot off of the USS YORKTOWN. Is this a good fireworks show, is it really big, where is the best spot to sit to watch it?
