I've been researching about swimming techniques, and it seems like people on the web only talk about Popov's swimming style. Also, they made it sound so perfect...ummmm...

I swim 5 days a week, and there is a parent/baby swimming session on Saturday. This past Saturday, while I was swimming, I saw a poop alike thingie flowing in the water, and I almost lost my breath after seeing it. It looked very disgusting. I want to pursue a career in diving and would like to find a dive internship to get me up to divemaster as a minimum level, but preferably dive instructor. I'm from the UK, but would like to go abroad to do this,so a full package with flights would be good. Also somewhere that has all the equipment (to keep) included in the price or for hire would be advantageous.

A balance between cheapness and quality (i.e - good company + location) would be favourable.

I think 500 yards is 20 laps, so that means I would need to go from one end to the other 20 times, right? Or is it back and forth for 1 lap? Thanks.

Have started swimming not long ago and been swimming 5 days a week for awhile. My body has been in pain since I started swimming. It just doesn't go away. Because of it, I get tired very easily every time I swim. I have to take like a min or two break in every two laps. What should I do? I still can't coordinate my upper and lower body. If I pay more attention on my strokes, then I forget about kicking properly and vice versa.
