I can't even get rid of it with sea sickness pills. Barf my guts out whenever the boat stops. As long as it keeps moving I am ok, but let it stop for 15 minutes and I am a goner.

It's here to stay. But seriously the only way is to control your eyes, and your thoughts. Stay away from temptation and don't put yourself in those positions or places where you tend to get tempted to run one up the flagpole. After about a month your body shouldn't be used to releasing as much and your sperm production won't be full force, so it should be easier after that. They say it takes 3 months to solidify a good habit, so you won't be out in the clear until that time I suppose. You will still be tempted, but it will be easier to resist if you develop the mentality and discipline not to think about sex. If you really need to release your body will make it happen in your sleep, or it will be released in your urine. 1Cor.10:13 No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear, but with the temptation will provide a way of escape also, that you may be able to endure it. Job 31:1 I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl. These are some bible verses that relate to lust and temptation. There are a ton more if you wanted to look into it. When I take the Word of God seriously I have found some success in overcoming temptation. If you are a spiritual person and wanted to discover more about purity and everything else God wants to work in your life, then I would suggest going to church and asking some questions about the bible. Or do some research online. I just feel that the issue with masturbation (or any "sin" for that matter, is a "heart" issue, meaning it starts with what you believe in your heart and then is carried on from there. God wants to work in our hearts, but we have to choose to follow him before He can do that. So, sorry if I ran on and got into "religion", maybe not what you wanted to hear, but it is just something that I have experience with and choose to pursue.

Regularly taking ginger really helps.

I heard that in some cases there is a procedure that can be done to get rid of it. I'd see a doctor and check out the possibilities. But, in any event, one can buy ginger tabs that you stick behind your ear and no one knows you're wearing a patch.

Seasickess is temporary. A few days at sea, and you will be pretty immune, unless it gets really rough. If you go around the horn a lot, I doubt any kind of surface conditions will make you heave.
