I would try those techniques, but I'm in the pool everyday until season is over. And its only preseason practice for another month and a half. The actual season is about 4 months. Then I have water polo 4 days after that. I think I'm stuck with the smell.

i do squad training 2 times a week and i always used to smell of chlorine but i found that using liquid soap for your body really works. also any of the many hair protection from chlorine shampoos and conditioners works extremely well.
Good Luck

A short water soap shower removes it, the remaining chlorine smell is in your mind.

I used to swim all the time and I used this chlorine eliminating shampoo and conditioner that I got at a hair salon (they sell stuff like it at any hair place from great clips to pricey salons) and it worked great! It also is really good for your hair and prevents damage.

don't take 1 shower, but 2 or 3 might work, and soap yourself up a few times during the shower.

Tomato sauce. You know, the canned, pre-made stuff before it's been seasoned or anything. Bring a can into your shower and rub it all over your body. Rinse thoroughly and then wash with soap. If you can stand to do this, it will totally work. However, if you are anything like me, covering your body in tomato sauce will make you want to vomit.

You can get special anti-chorine shampoo to wash with after swimming - that really works, but don't be like me and forget to take it home afterwards. I have lost about half a dozen bottles of the stuff !!

that's funny we taught students in their open water training for scuba diving and we were in the water for 2 hours every nite, try using dial...i know it worked for us, and usually chlorine dissipates after a good shower, and like i said try dial soap
