short background: parents split. never went through father's stuff, until years later, now, upon moving out of the house.

anyway, i've found these .38 special speer cartridges that, instead of a bullet, are tipped with yellow plastic caps that are filled with shot. i'm pretty ignorant when it comes to guns, and let me make it clear that i have zero intention of using these in any way. i'm just curious as to if these are common, safe to fire, or even legal. thanks.

I am a 20 year old female getting a gun for my 21st Birthday. I am hoping to get a small revolver or a small automatic gun. I am taking my firearms classes this summer and going to get it legally, don't worry.

I wanted to get a females opinion on where it is best to carry it on yourself, i.e. do you keep it in your purse, pocket, holster? Wondering where it is most effective! Thanks!

Honestly being a fan of both and having friends that play both I know airsoft is more painful. Now i always see on these "airsoft vs paintball" forums or questions that paintball is by far more painful than airsoft. Let me set this straight... Paintball = Slight to no bruses 300 fps guns and STILL using armor, NOW Airsoft = 300-450 fps (can get far more than paintball) adds up to large welts and if shot too close possibly breaking skin. I know it sounds like a stupid question but honestly, why do people say this?

Isn't it great that all the anti-hunters can't have as much fun as we do. I went hunting in November and on the way to camp there were some people protesting deer hunting by a country store .They were standing out in the cold rain and we told them we were going to go to camp and have a big steak then sit around the fireplace and talk about what we were going to shoot tommorrow. Then two of my buddies mooned them and we drove away. Does anyone have a story they would like to share?
