is there such a thing as a sleeping bag that you need someone else to zip you up into and you cant get out on your own? if there is whats it like?

Yes, it is called a body bag and you can get it from the coroner. It is for longer term sleeping :-).

They sell mummy-shaped (called Mummy bags I think?) sleeping bags that are pretty form fitting. I guess if you got too small of size and you zipped someone in with their arms down and tighted the drawstrings then they would have a tricky time getting out. Probably not very safe.

But if you were doing a camp prank, you could bind duct tape tightly around the bag while they were inside. We've done that before. Kind of a mess to clean up though.

They sell what look like cocoons....that is what you are thinking maybe...It is possible to zip yourself in, but you can't be in a hurry to get out...It take a few seconds...Thet are nice and cozy and really warm...
