Since the Cowboys have a first round bye as does Green Bay who will be playing in the wildcard games the day they are off? I always thought a top seed (sp?) team played the wildcard team? I am very confused. If someone could help explain this in terms of the NFC because I know that division a little better.
Thanks

I know this question has been posed before, but now that Brett Favre has broken every meaningful passing record, many people are re-evaluating his place in NFL history. What is your "Top 10 List" for all time NFL quarterbacks? Please feel free to add details for why you feel each QB belongs in the position you put them. I will post my list when I choose my best answer.

Hint: I want to get some stars for this question, so I will shamelessly solicit them from you. If you think this is an interesting question, please give it a star. I will be fair in choosing my best answer, but if you star me, you might be just a LITTLE bit more likely to be considered. Thanks. Can't wait to hear what you all think.

Well, some of us hate where we works, want to get better job, want to get better paid.. So why don't we do just pull Petrino, Rodriequez, and screw our bosses.. or the companies that we are working for.. and say screw them..

of any instances except maybe the Oakland Raiders that have gangs affiliated with them. You certainly don't hear about rival team fans bringing knives to the games. Why doesn't this happen in the U.S.? Afterall, America is no stranger to gangs?

In 1972, the Miami Dolphins became the only team to ever go undefeated the entire season, going 17-0 after beating Washington in the Super Bowl.
Now, here in 2007, with just two regular season games left, it looks as if the Patriots will go undefeated, & possibly win the Super Bowl & break the record, going 19-0.

Will the game be blacked out where I live? Farrell is in Mercer county, PA. I thought maybe since I do get KDKA on my antennae, then maybe the game would be shown in my area.
Do you know?

My top five would have to include Mario Williams (Hou), Greg Jennings (GB), Fred Taylor (Jax), Derek Anderson (Cle), and Ryan Grant (GB), despite his late start, he is still a top back in the league, way better than Marion Barber 111.

In my opinion its Tom Brady his win loss record and his all-time passer rating speak for him. I'm pretty sure a qb rating of 92.8 is the highest by anyone. Best running back of all-time. Going by pure skill I have to take Jim Brown or Barry Sanders. Going by skill and long jevity i take Walter Payton or Emmit Smith. I find it hard to pick just one running back.

Imagine two NFL teams from the same Conference faced each other in the Conference Championship game. But what if both teams had the same win and losing record, and by coincidence they both have the same number of touchdowns through out the season and both of their percentage records were equal to each other. If that was the case, which team would get homefield advantage?

The jersey has to be size large, purple, and stitched. It has to be the the guy who plays for the vikings. Brand new, and somewhat cheap =] thanks.

This is my very last question of the year.

With 2 games left in the regular season, will New England go Undefeated just like Hawaii in football?

i.e., Hawaii 11-0 in NCAA, Patriots 16-0 (?) in NFL

Do you think it'll happen?

Or even get to a Super Bowl without him???

2007-12-19 10:31:45 · 10 answers · asked by Anonymous

I personaly do!!! It goes against all of Pittsburgh's tradition. No mascots, no flash uniforms, no cheerleaders, thats the way football should be played. (OK, i wouldn't mind the cheerleaders quite as much). Plus he just looks stupid. And he has a dumb name! If I got to name I would call him Steely Dan (after owner Dan Rooney). Anyone else agree with me?

P.S They don't even have him at the games...i think 'cuz they're afraid someone will beat him up!
