Actually Ray Berry coached the 86 SuperBowl for the Pats
Parcells won it without Belichick in the 86/87 season with the Giants, but he had the great Lawrence Taylor then.
You know, I think Parcells is a better coach than GM. The reason I say that is that his motivational style can be very effective IF he has the power to pull it off. He just didn't have that with Jones and the 'Boys.

He got to the '97 Super Bowl with the Pats and Drew Bledsoe...but lost to the Packers, 35-21...Favre's lone Super Bowl win...

Yes, they got to I believe the 1986 or 1987 Super Bowl. The Bears destroyed them 46-10, but the team still got there.
