I'm a Dolphin fan too and think Bill Parcells will do a lot to upgrade the talent and bring a winning atmosphere to the Dolphins. This is a real good move for the Dolphins. He has been involved in bringing in talented players and attracting quality coaches. He already has a proven track record with the: Giants, Patriots, Jets and Cowboys.

I think he will fire Cameron and bring in a proven coach. He is also a good evaluator of talent. It has been said that he likes the RB McFadden a lot and thinks he is the next Emmit Smith. If he is indeed than you have to bring him in. You really need 2 quality RB's anyway nowadays and we could still use Ronnie Brown a lot. Look at Minnesota with Adrian Peterson and Chester Taylor. Back in the days Miami had Csonka, Morris and Kiick. He also should consider a QB w/ the first pick.

He will improve this team fast and bring us back into the playoffs soon. With the right circumstances and a little luck perhaps we will win a Superbowl in the next few years!!!!!!

Well his 1st Job will be to see if him and Cam are on the same page ,if they are not then i see Cam resigning . Then if he has to hire a head coach you can bet it won't be a slacker .

Where i see a Problem is going to be the draft , the coach may want 1 player and Parcells may want another .
Parcells will evaluate the whole team see what are needs and then see what just needs to be filled in

But he will turn that franchise around give him 2 years you will see a change in that time .

Parcells is a proven winner and he really knows football talent. It will not happen overnight, but he should get the 'Fins back onto the winning track. Have patience. I think his first move will be to start looking for a new head coach. It is hard to have confidence in a man with the unfortunate record Cam Cameron has started off with. Then you guys have got to find stability at quarterback. A talent that will be with you for a while. You haven't had that since Marino retired.

He wont help them next season, the effects of parcells wont be felt for a few years, his recruitment of young and seasoned talent will happen over the next 4 or 5 years and make the dolphins more compettitive, but realistically, their in the patriots conference, plan on losing for years to come.

Coach has not only the eye for talent, but people want to play for a winner. He will overhaul the whole team and look for young talent that will make an impact right away. This years draft is full of those types of players.

As for the Coaching staff they had some really tough close games, and their talent pool was not that deep this year, so look for that to expand. Lest we forget he turned Dallas around... Time and wise use of draft picks and free agency will tell.

Well Tuna is known for discipline, talent evaluators, and defensive masterminds.. First, I think he will get QB either through free agency or draft pick... and he will make some adjustment to offense and defense plays.. And he will put more disciplinary action on Miami Players.. Oh the lighter note: He will keep feeding the Dolphins enough Dorayaki...

Parcells is the VP. He doesn't control who joins and leaves the team, contracts or anything of the sort. He won't "help" the team in any way, shape or form. That's the coach's job to make the team better. If the coach doesn't do that, Parcells has the authority to fire him.
