Don't say pats suck or cowboys suck. Predict the score for next week. I say 34-21 pats.

P.S does anyone have the lines for the game?

I'm just wondering if that is the reason they didn't drop USC as far as they should have. I'm just trying to figure out the criteria the voters use. USC was obviously banged up with a broken finger QB, Two starting olinemen out. Starting LB and DB's out. Yet if you don't consider the injuries you have to drop USC to 20 or lower? So is that something they consider?

I'm asking for your opinions and not for thrashing of somebody else's team. That means Austin N is allowed to say USC and we can all laugh, but let everybody voice their opinion.

Mine: Alabama (Duh)
More bowl appearances, victories than anybody else.
A plethora of National Titles (12).
Member of arguably the greatest rivalry in all of sports.
Involved in some of the most legendary plays of all time.
Bart Starr, Ken Stabler, Joe Nameth, just to nameth a few...
Tyrone Prothro's catch is still the feature play during Pontiac's game changing performance.
Wallace Wade
Frank Thomas
Paul Bryant
Gene Stallings
"I'd like for the people to remember me as a winner, cause I ain't never been nothin' but a winner."

That leaves a bad image for the NFL and to my understanding they are supending player for bad image.

This was the guy that Trent Green threw a LEGAL block on and was knocked out. Then his big butt comes over taunts a motionless man. No class what so ever....

How did you feel about that? How did you feel about the texan DL talking $hit while he was down? He could have been paralized (he's not) but he could have been. How do you think that DL would have felt if his kid was playing and that happened and the guy that hit him was talking $hit like that? What can he say to defend his actions? Can he defend his actions? Is this racial? Will scoob and the gang solve the mystery of the haunted underwear? Who farted? Who's got the fever for the flavor of a pringle?

You know, Green Bay played a sloppy game last night, and the officiating was horrible. But I still blame the loss solely on Mike McCarthy's shoulders. Watch the Packers post-game press conference from last night. (available on packers.com) Mike McCarthy literally blamed the entire thing on his team, and everyone but he and his coaching staff. That's absolutely absurd. He blamed the penalties and turnovers on his players, and their sloppy play. I realize this is the NFL, but he's still the coach and its his and his staff's job to keep them disciplined! He then went on to make excuses for his shoddy play calling saying that the Bears played 2 deep the entire second half. He said, and I quote, "The Bears running defense was better than our running offense." DUH! Newsflash Mike McCarthy... when a team's defense is beating up your offense, CHANGE YOUR GAMEPLAN! They had 7 in the box nearly every down, with Urlacher and Briggs, yet you ran and screened right into them!

After that impressive win over Den in Denver, do you think the Chargers can regain that status and attitude of last years team. They handed the Broncos their second worst loss ever at home!

None of the teams USC beat are ranked.
USC is 10 spots ahead of Kentucky. Kentucky got beat by the #11 team on the road and has the same record as USC.

Florida State has played better competition that USC and the are ranked 13 spots behind USC, with the same record.

Illinois, Oregon, VT, West Virgina, Missouri ???? All of these teams have beaten ranked opponents and are behind USC.
USC got beat by one of the worst teams in D1. They were a 41 pt favorite. If USC wins out, I can understand a high ranking. With their performances so far, they should be ranked 22 at the very best. Why are they still in the Top 10??
Michigan totally disappeared when they lost to a much weaker opponent.

I say New England...39-24.
Dallas hasnt faced a defence like the Pats,Brady only sacked 3 times in 5 games. New Englands been a stable team for 6 years and have won 12 of the last 13 road games, Pats gave too much experience for Cowboys to overcome, Patriots simply a better football team.
