The Patriots might win the Super Bowl. The Red Sox defiantely won't win the World Series (or the ALCS).
Boston College is good, but mostly because the rest of the ACC is not.
The Bruins are terrible. The Celtics might be good, but we won't know for a few weeks.
I am unsure what you're gloating about?

I live in michigan and overall we are better than boston. Over the last 10 years we have as many professional championships as boston does, 4. If you want to through in womens pro then we have more, but who cares about womens pro sports. Plus we have better college sports too. Michigan for football, tough start but they still will end up high in the rankings, at least higher than any boston team, and michigan state is always good in basketball. plus they just won national championship in hockey, oh yeah who beat boston college. and we have the tigers who went to the world series last year. Notice i didnt say anything about the lions, they still and always will suck.

Not really. Im a Cleveland and Chicago sports fan (the two places Ive lived) and I wouldnt change it at all.
Boston has some good teams, Ill give you that, but if you really like your team, does it matter how good theyre doing?

nope....im a PROUD phillies fan, win or lose....
is the fact that the pats have 3 rings supposed to persuade me to become a pats fan?? i dont care if the eagles go 0-16 for the rest of my life, i will always BLEED green!!! and if the phills lose another 10,000 games, ill be right there...thats what it means to be a sports fan....

Believe it or not, there are sports teams that aren't on the East coast. Watch something other than ESPN and read something other than espn.com and you will be surprised. Go Celtics! lol
