With Belicheck coaching... this Patriots defense coming into next year looks to be in a class all by itself next year considering that the coaching staff can make a top 5 defense out of practically nobody. And also, considering offensive acquisitions... they could very well have the most potent offense next year? Opinions... and honest ones, the biased ones are real obvious... haha.

We re-signed Huard and drafted Brodie Croyle last year. Trent won't start this year for the Chiefs. We are trying to re-structure his gi-normous contract and trade him. The rumors here in KC are that the Dolphins want him. I hope he just retires after that head injury... what do you think?

Tampa Bay made another big free agent strike on Saturday, signing coveted free agent LB Cato June, a Pro Bowl defender who has topped 100 tackles each of the past three seasons...What do you think of this signing

With all the big additions made in only two weeks of Free Agency the Patriots are looking scary thus far coming into next season to you? Considering that they can all but go all the way with a thrown together team (with the lone exception of Tom Brady), this Patriots team right now looks VERY intimidating & looks to be an early favorite to win the Superbowl next year & win their 4th in 7 years?

I think that Reggie Bush should have won the rookie of the year for one reason. Even though he didn't have the stats expected he was a main contributor on his offense. Defenses always had to know where he was and lock on him which opened up other players to have big plays. I think without him the saints would of not had the record they did, Sean Payton is a genious on how he used Reggie.

So what do ya'll think?

Specifically I'm looking for websites that track injuries for all players throughout history. I.E. Type of injury, how many games missed, what games...etc. I've searched just about everywhere and can't find any site that has good injury information.

I have a friend who plays college football for northwestern. Many scounts project him to be a 3rd round pick if he enters the nfl draft next year. He is undecided about entering the nfl draft because he feels that as one of the top students in the biomedical engineering program he would make more of a purpose to work as a biomedical engineer rather than play football. He also says that he wants to live a long healthy life instead of a short, banged up life that alot of nfl running backs live after they retire. Should he enter the nfl draft of no?

But, the answer should not have anything to do with popularity or team success. I don't care about the hotdogs who play for the cameras or talk about themselves. I want to know who was the best at rushing, receiving, blocking, leadership and class.

Just throwing it out there to see if my opinion is widely agreed upon. Off season sucks. Keep in mind there actuall was a big holding call against them this year in the playoffs against the Colts. It was a miracle. Thank you God.

I personally think it's barry sanders, he is better than payton/smith, and would've kept playing if payton hadn't been ill.
barry sanders retired just a year after rushing for 2000 + yards. I found out how many more carries smith had then sanders, and divided it by the difference of carreer yardage,(basically, seeing how many yards per carry barry sanders would have had to average for the rest of his carreer to meet smith). He would only have to roughly average 2.3 ypc for the rest of his carreer if he had the same attempts as emmitt. Clearly, barry was a better rusher, and who was much more consistent then emmitt. Also: Emmitt had one season with 5+ ypc, and sanders had 5(in ten years mind you, compared to smith's 15). Now many people will say that totals matter more than averages, but when emmitt smith is rushing so much more than sanders is, its hard to compare. Also, emmitt played on a much better team.

Well I'm 15, 5'11, 160 lbs, and run a 5.86 I usually play QB and have a pretty good arm with great accurarcy. But I am very physical and love to hit and tackle, catch, and run players over while carrying the ball. My rue passion is QB but what alternate position should i play?
