I have a friend who plays college football for northwestern. Many scounts project him to be a 3rd round pick if he enters the nfl draft next year. He is undecided about entering the nfl draft because he feels that as one of the top students in the biomedical engineering program he would make more of a purpose to work as a biomedical engineer rather than play football. He also says that he wants to live a long healthy life instead of a short, banged up life that alot of nfl running backs live after they retire. Should he enter the nfl draft of no?

if this question is even legitimate, you could only be talking about tyrell sutton and, sorry to say, there is no way he will go in the third round if drafted at all. he's got a at least one more year to make a name for himself before it's worth bailing on the degree which, incidentally, he could return to finish. in any case that decision is solely up to him and his family.
