After Quinn's poor Sugar Bowl performance his stock really dropped, it seems like he can't win big games. On the other hand 6"6 JaMarcus Russell played lights out against the Domers, and the Raiders are now considering picking him over Quinn, because of his large frame and great arm strength. My honest opinion is that they either go with Adrian Peterson (should he declare) or JaMarcus Russell if they want a QB.

besides the pittsburgh steelers, which job do you think would be the most desirable

Arizona Cardinals
Miami Dolphins
Oakland Raiders
Atlanta Falcons

I would go with Arizona. Yes I know I know. It's Arizona. But they really are starting fresh this time, I think. They got great receivers, an improving offensive line (they didn't do that bad againts the Chargers), a decent defense (though the secondary/linebackers need work), new stadium, and not to mention a future star QB.

Both are similar age, size and style. I think Williams is probably a tick faster, although neither are burners. Fitzgerald is probably a bit more physical. Who will have a better career??

don't get me wrong Tomlinson is f***ing incredible, he may very well be the best player in the nfl this year, but i don't think he is the most valuable player. pennington has been great too. i guess i just feel that drew brees deserved something. i bleed black and gold so of course i am a little bias, but no matter what team you're a fan of you cannot deny the importance of brees to the new orleans saints

An article from sportswriter Dan Wetzel places the blame for a lack of a playoff system on the arrangement between the Big 10 and PAC-10 with the Rose Bowl. It seems the only way and it makes sense is to hurt the bottom line of the Rose Bowl and the powerbase of Big 10 commissioner Delany. So don't attend the function or watch it on TV.

hey everybody its time to make your picks of which two teams will advance to the superbowl. It basically comes down to the Ravens, Chargers, Colts,Patriots, Eagles, Giants, Jets, Chiefs, Bears and Cowboys.
My pick is for San Diego and Baltimore to play in the superbowl. But i also think there is a good chance for Philidelphia or Dallas to make it although they are both long shots. Whats your pick?

I understand Rudy is an emotional and magical movie for football fans but I’m having trouble understanding how Sean Astin was able to play one down in a real college football game? He is an actor – not an athlete. Was Notre Dame the least bit concerned he could have gotten hurt? How about the real practice squad players? Weren’t they upset an actor got to play a down of football and they did not?
