Both are similar age, size and style. I think Williams is probably a tick faster, although neither are burners. Fitzgerald is probably a bit more physical. Who will have a better career??

Larry Fitzgerald because Fitzgerald will have Leinart throwing to him for years to come, and the Lions have Jon Kitna at QB, who doesn't have near the ability or potential of Matt Leinart. Wide Recievers generally are more successful with a good qb throwing to them.

I have to go Roy Williams. Both are great young receivers but Larry's success depends on to many things. His success will depend on how great of a quarterback Matt Leinhart becomes and also how many passes are thrown his way when another great young receiver Anquan Boldin lines up with him on the other end of the field. Roy Williams already has a pretty good quarter with Kitna and has doesn't have the same talent in other receivers that Fitz has. I do think Fitz has the better hands and awareness but Williams will have better stats in the end of his career.

Fitzgerald, is there any doubt? Roy Williams has not been as good of a reciever as Larry Fitzgerald.

Just give Fitsgerald a decent quarterback and he'll catch anything that's thrown to him. Larry does the action, Williams does the talk.

Fitzgerald. He is a student of the game and has phenomenal ability.

Roy Williams all the way. He had 1,310 receiving with Kitna as the qb. Just imagine if Detroit had a good qb.

i believe it is a toss up with these two. They both have the ability to be the best recievers in the league but i believe that the teams that they play for and both being injury prone, they will both remain moderate NFL players and at best probably your 2nd or 3rd reciever to take in a fantasy league.
