anyobody who actually watched the game would tell you that the game was never really close. Nobody had a feeling that Ohio State was gonna lose that game. The game was hardly even a classic cuz there was only ONE lead change and that was during the first quarter. If i remembered right Ohio State trailed for only 3 minutes in that game and after the first 5 minutes Michigan was just playing catch up the whole way but they never could even tie the game.

Why play it again? How can you say Michigan is the second best team in the nation when they just aren't even the best in their conference? i mean even Illinois played Ohio State harder than that (17-10) and they gave up less points than Michigan did.

So how can a Big-ten remtach in the national title game be justfied and be fair to the people who are not from Michigan?!?!?!!

Freaking joke.

i'd say prolly 100 something behind Temple or bowling green...or maybe they were kind-hearted and would rank USC at No. 14 behind Boise State cuz USC lost to a 7-4 pac-10 team which was their second loss in 3 years.

what do you think?

USC blah blah blah..I just read a guy's post and he said the only reason USC beat Arkansas was cuz Araksans' star quarterback and running back didn't play much. are people who say things like this just plain dim-witted or do they just hate USC no matter what? maybe them so called stars should've played defense too?!?! since Arkansas gave up 50 points to a USC team that was playing 15 true freshmen.

i mean i can definitely understand the hating from fans of SEC and other conferences but can they at least act like normal human beings? there's difference between intelligent haters that can talk some respectable smack and plain, embarassing retards that talk outta their azz.

why do they think they know so much? Shouldn't they be ranking teams since they so damn smart?

USC hasn't lost a home game since the 2001 season when it was Pete Carrolls first season as there coach. USC has won 32 straight home games best in nation at home. and just to put them huge numbers aside for a second USC has enough motivation hering everyone say there not the team they was and michigan is better. but the main thing is them numbers lol.

not to sound like a typical american sports fan that gets bored easy. but didn't michigan have there shot saturday guys? jim tressel even said before the game that the loser should be out cus the loser won't even be big ten champs was his words. usc has now won the pac 10. there 9-1 and could be 11-1 if they win last 2 games. shouldn't they get 1 shot at osu just like michigan did? i rest my case.

I was a steelers fan. I became one two years ago when Roethlisberger had that fantastic season and i had just started to gain a newfound interest in the NFL (before then, I enjoyed watching the games but didn't have a rooting interest in a particular team. But ever since moving to Pittsburgh, I've realized that I was a phony: I started cheering for the team (which I started disliking in the spring, before this bad season started) for the wrong reasons. So now I need help choosing a new team, a new slate and a new beginning: The Browns are appealing, b/c my fiance is a huge steeler fan, and that would give us a fun competitive rivalry twice a year for the rest of our lives.

With that being said, what is the best way to pick a team to cheer on for the rest of my life?

What is with the ranking system used for collegiate football? Obviously Ohio State is in the running for a national title for the sheer fact that they're undefeated. But!!!! Look at who they play. Michigan is the only team that has given them a run for their money. I'd like to see them try to pull that **** in the SEC. Once in a while there's an undefeated team in that conference, but look at the roster; you have Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Tennesse, and some other good schools. How come they don't often get a shot at the nationals?
