When looking at the best teams in the NFL, record is obviously important, but usually them teams with the best record from each conference dont make it to the superbowl.. With that being said I think the Chargers are the best team in the NFL, with the Colts being second. The Chargers have the best RB in the league with LT, who is an unstoppable TD machine. They also have Mr. Steriods, Merriman, who when playing is one of the best defenders in the league. They are first in Points Per Game on Offense, so they can obviously hang with anyone in the league. They are also relatively injury free as of right now, which is always important heading into the playoffs. The Colts are a solid team, but always seem to choke in the playoffs and until they prove me wrong, I dont trust them. The Bears also have unstability at the QB position with Rex Grossman being a constant question mark at the helm of the Bears offense. I see the Chargers with the least weak points at this point in the season, but the NFL changes every week, so it seems the best team in the NFL is constantly switching every week.

Even though they lost today, I'd still have to say the Colts. Yeah, their run defense is poor, but more often than not, they can simply outscore teams that manage to run on them.
A case can be made for the Bears, but it will be a stronger one when Grossman gets a few more seasons under his belt. He's still too easily rattled to make the Bears the dominant force they can be.

After todays win - against the undefeated Colts.... Its hands down- the Dallas Cowboys- They benched Bledsoe and put Romo in the field. Parcells did a good thing when he benched Bledsoe- Romo is young and has made the Cowboys turn around.....

Chicago, Dallas, Indianapolis, New England, NY Giants.

Da Bears. They have their faults as with any team but they are better in every category than any other team
