I am in good shape but I currently weigh just over 70 kilos or 155 pounds and I want to make a weigh in at 69 kilos or 152 pounds. I don't want to do anything extreme like dehydrating my body before the tournament just to make the weigh-in so is there another way I can do this? My height is around 183 cm and already have very little body fat it seems to me.

15 rounds in their prime. Of course we know that blacks didn't get the chances that they deserved during this time period. It's a shame because there would have been some great matchups and this is one I came up with. Thank you for your input.
