Boa 1 ~
Any punch that lands on the face, front of the head and from the ribcage foward is a legal blow it doesn't matter what kind of punch it is as long as it done with a closed fist and not a back hand. ***** windup, Currly from the Three Stooges or an Old fashion Tom and Jerry, hook, uppercut, straight right, right cross, jab and finally a roundhouse.
Thanks for the question Boa 1.

Anything that lands above the waist, on the boxer's front side (no kidney punches, rabbit punches or anything to the back of the head) and lands with the punching portion of the glove (not the palm, wrist or back of the hand).

As long as the punch is delivered with a closed fist, not backhanded and is above the waist, to the front and sides of the fighter's upper torso/head, any punch is legal.

As many as you want. There is no limit on the types of punches you can throw.

It is true, any shot that lands with the knuckles and is not a back hand is legal, however there are six basic shots that are thrown in hundreds of variations. They are: the lead jab, the straight power hand, the lead hook, the power hand hook, the lead uppercut, and the power hand uppercut.
