Ray went to Cardinal Mooney High School in Youngstown, Ohio.

Youngstown Ohio (Ray's hometown) is as good a guess as the blogbaba can come up with, don't know specfic schools other than the hard knock one Alexis Arguello took him to in there 14 rounds together.

He grew up in Youngstown, Oh I think that is where his family is from at least, I met his father and am good friends with his nephew.
