I am in good shape but I currently weigh just over 70 kilos or 155 pounds and I want to make a weigh in at 69 kilos or 152 pounds. I don't want to do anything extreme like dehydrating my body before the tournament just to make the weigh-in so is there another way I can do this? My height is around 183 cm and already have very little body fat it seems to me.
