Abe Attell and Owen Moran fought a 25 round fight ending in a draw in a lightweight title bout in 1908. Jack Johnson won the heavyweight title from Tommy Burns in 1908 by 14th round TKO. I could not find any 23 round fights so I hope this answer helped you.
