Oscar and his consortium of other famous names from the boxing world have basically made many forget about Arum and Don King. Is a Monopoly of "hi-profile" fights in the future for ODLH and crew? Will Oscar one day become a mean spirited, money hungry Executive with no regards for his fighters?

Based on atmosphere, historical significance, comfort, ability to actually see the match without having to stand-up every minute, etc. Resopnses tied in with actual experience are more apt to get the "Best" vote.

Lots of action, Taylor fighting to not loose rather than going for the kill? Who do you think wins, and in what round? Do you expect this to be a good fight for the fans, action wise?

What do you boxing buffs reckon will happen in the re-match this Saturday between Harrison and Danny Williams?

I can't believe that we saw the 'real Audley Harrison' last time and I think he is hungry and will go out giving it hell. I think it will be a toe to toe fight and one of these guys is going to get knocked out.

Who do you think will win?

The obvious would be Tyson-Bonehugger, but what are some of the other bad fights you've seen. The Tubbs-Page title fight was horrible for two guys seemingly trying. Easily the worst 15-round bout, to me. And the Qawi-Leon Spinks Cruiserweight title fight was painful to watch. How could Leon, a man who stunned the world, let himself sink so low?

Hey guys id really like to start boxing and i signed up for a gym but it turned out to be a fitness boxing shamlike thing, and i'd like to do the real thing. I probably look like a scrawny lil boy so i hope these gyms wont kick me out when they see me. (16 years old) Actually it'd be pretty awesome if someone could refer me to like a boxing coach? or personal trainer? but an actual welcoming gym where i can learn boxing and eventually spar would be even better. So thanks guys.

As per the law it is considered that hitting anybody on the body or elsewhere is not that big crime but whena drop of blood comes out it is considered a big crime. Understand the circumstances boxing should be banned as I have seen number of cases bleeding during the third/fourth round.

I think so. Give Marciano his due, he was tough, tenacious and unbeaten, but he was also small, crude and matched against average or aged competition.
Holmes, on the other hand, made twenty defenses to Mariano's six, mostly against younger guys.
He was bigger, faster and vastly more skilled than Marciano. He was also uncharismatic, combative and unlucky to succeed Ali's dominance of the division. Tough act to follow.
Marciano was well managed, exciting to watch, but most importantly, white.
Let's face facts, had he been a black heavyweight, he would not be nearly so highly ranked. The fact that he's the ONLY white heavyweight champ of any consequence is factored into his greatness.
