I know Chavez has 108, and Archie Moore has 185 (131 by KO, which will stand forever), but does anyone have more?

Harry Greb a great Middleweight with a record of 259 Wins, 21 Losses w/ 17 Draws you would think he'd be tops however, during the era when he fought fights were often pre-ordained a No Contest so they didn't go on his official record. His official total is 106 W, 8 L and 3 D.
A British Welterweight named Ted "kid" Lewis has an official record of 193W, 29L, 13D. Officially 20 more victories recorded compared to Probably the Greatest Fighter in History, Sugar Ray Robinson.
But the Professional Boxer with the most "recorded" and "recognized" wins is Len Wickwar with an official win total of 337 Wins (93 by KO). He was a lightweight back in the 40s who did most of his fighting in Britain.

As far as I know the answer to that question has always been Len Wickwar. Wickwar, a British lightweight. fought a total of 465 fights. He finished with a career record of 337 wins, 85 losses and 42 draws. 93 of his victories came by knockout. Wickwar's final bout was in 1947.

Archie Moore. He won 185 fights. Sugar Ray Robinson is up there, too, with 173 fights won.

Negative. Willie Pep with 229 victories. And Ray Robinson is credited with up to 214 professional bouts, depending on which historian you asked. Supposedly he fought some amateur bouts after having officially turned pro, and funnily enough, one of those bouts was, again, supposedly against Pep.
