Marciano actually fought Ali in an exhibition a few weeks before he died in a plane crash; Marciano had been retired for over 10 years while Ali was in his prime. Marciano knocked Ali down during the fight; Ali actually commented afterwards that he was surprised at Marciano's punching power (Marciano was in his 40's at the time!) Based on this, i'd give the edge to Rocky.
As to the second fight, since Tyson had a style similar to Joe Frazier, i'd say this would be a toss-up; it would depend on whether Ali could avoid Tyson's power.

If Ali could dance his way around tyson and stay away from the power tyson Had Ali would win the fight..but im not sure he could take a few heavy hands from tyson...And as far as Marciano goes i think Ali would win hands down.

Ali wins both dream fights, his prime was in the '60's. A vastly different boxer from when he fought in the '70's.
Ali wins both fights by TKO. Marciano stoppage in the13th round due to severe cuts. Tyson stoppage in the 12th round after an Ali flurry leaves him helpless and on the ropes.

Paul - That was choreographed fight that was shot on film for release in movie theaters. there were 5 or 6 different endings shot for the movie. Ali by decision, Rocky by KO, Ali by TKO, etc.
They never actually fought. Depending on what part of the world the fantasy fight movie was released in you got a different ending.

I believe Rocky Marciano was the only unbeaten heavyweight who fought with sheer power and my guess is he would probably have beaten Muhamed Ali, but I think Ali would have beaten Mike Tyson because he was much smarter.

ali would have toyed with rocky stopping him on cuts in 12, give ali a 15 round nod over tyson.

Ali all the way baby. He was always awesome at dealing with sluggers! Marciano would be completely outclasses and Tyson would be put away worse than when Lennox got him!
