What do you boxing buffs reckon will happen in the re-match this Saturday between Harrison and Danny Williams?

I can't believe that we saw the 'real Audley Harrison' last time and I think he is hungry and will go out giving it hell. I think it will be a toe to toe fight and one of these guys is going to get knocked out.

Who do you think will win?

If Harrison comes in focused he should KO Williams somewhere around the 8th round. Williams has a punch but up until he got dropped in the tenth by Williams, Harrison had shown a decent chin. He needs to stop going straight back and move side to side to make it harder for Williams to land a bomb.

Williams track record in return matches is not great as of late. He lost a rematch to Matt Skelton via a lopsided unanimous decision, (I feel Skelton won their first fight but judges handed a gift to Williams via split decision). He also lost the third installment of a series of battles he had with Michael Sprott.

Harrison should watch the tapes of Williams vs Sprott. Williams KOd this guy twice but in the third fight Sprott made some defensive improvements that got him a UD victory. He found away to avoid the big punch of Williams and outboxed the guy convincingly.

I would have to say that Audley Harrison is the man with all the more natural gifts.
Although he is not so much of a brawler I believe he is the naturally more powerful puncher (when he commits) due to his size, stature and technical ability................ Technical Ability, yes I said it because he is technically a very good boxer. He is an olympic Gold Medalist and you do not get success in the amateur ranks if you are not very technically skilled.
The problem is that Audley still fights like he is in the amateurs, he needs to find that killer instinct that is inside him and unleash it, he is very much like Frank Bruno, capable of destroying any man who is put in front of him but too soft inside to WANT to hurt the man!
If he has the right mental attitude he could put Danny Williams away inside 6 rounds............ however I think Danny Williams will be very aggresive which will lead to Audley being over cautious again and the result is likely to be similar to their last match up. Had Audley been fighting Skelton as planned it would have been far different as Skeltons all out brawling style would force Audley to fight and to fight hard otherwise he would be out in 2 rounds simple!

Audley Harrison, when at his best was still crap. Now he is past it, but he is still in with a chance of beating Williams because he has never been any good either. If I was 10 years younger I would fight one after the other and probably not even break into a sweat...........Result = 2 no hopers wasting every bodys time and money

Audley Harrison has all the physical tools to be great but mentally he just doesnt have it which is a big problem. I agree with Joe Buckley that he is similar to a young Johnny Nelson in the sense that he seems to be afaid to take punches. Nelson actually addmitted in an interview that at times he was scared to be hit, but he overcame it and turned into a very decent fighter in the end. Harrison could do the same but time is running out for him as he is in his mid thirtys already. It wouldent surprise me if he beat Danny Williams though as Williams seems to be on the slide and has looked awful in fights recently. I see Harrison winning a boring fight on points, to get some credibility back he needs to knock him out in style. He has the ability to do that but i don't think he has the heart to make it happen.

Audley is definitely the better boxer who will have learned his lesson. I like Danny but he seems like he doesn't want to hurt his opponents. So i go for Audley inside 8 rounds.

this ones a tough fight to call, harrison as the boxing skills to win but this man severly lacks courage and heart.not since a young johnny nelson have i seen someone so scared to get hit.there was a point in their last fight when williams coverd up on the ropes(not moving, bobbing or weaveing)and harrison threw a hook at this stationary target, and missed by two feet!!!if harrison found his heart he could handle williams quite easily, unfortunately heart is something your born with and cannot be found.i honestly belive frank bruno in his prime would have knocked any one of these two out.that being said i go with audley by points decsion because williams has had only one weeks notice.

audley harrison is one of those which got a whole lot of publicity and praise based on his amature carreer. Every chance he got he told the world he was the next big thing and most people started believing it since he was doing what he had to do against the lower ranks. Once he started stepping it up he started looking mediocre at best and i think he will remain at best AVERAGE.
