Knowing that...every boxer signs a consent form giving his ok to participate...that's why you have to apply for a BOXING LICENSE....you don't get a license you don't legally box...that's why Tyson was out of the ring for a while back in 2000...no one would grant him a boxing license....so its a licensed legal competition...u need to brush up on your law...

I took US law years ago but I am 90% sure that consenting adults who agree to fight, can do so without any legal ramifications as long as they understand the possible dangers of the fight. I cannot find my law book right now but there were a few situations on TV that I have seen a year ago about consenting to fight.
Some college friends would fight each other and film themselves. The police saw the tape, did not like it, but they couldn't do anything about it. Then one of them fell on his head and was knocked out. Once he was knocked out, there is no more consent since he cannot protect himself. He was stomped on by his friend and police attempted to arrest the guys.
Here is also an article of consenting to fight between adults. A man died but no charges were ever filed because they agreed to fight.

So if they grabbed someone from the crowd and threw him in the ring, then a crime would have occurred. If he agreed to fight in the ring, then there is no crime

As per the law WHERE? Certainly not in the States. Or Europe. Or anywhere else that I've ever heard of.

The fighters are consenting adults. They are harming no one else and breaking no laws. They have a written contract to fight and are abiding by state/federal mandated laws governing the sport. They pay their taxes off the purses they win. They are breaking no laws. If you have an axe to grind I suggest you word your question appropriately, as to promote intelligent debate.

Athletes in every sport hurt themselves and bleed. Besides boxers are built and ready to take the pain of bleeding when they box.
