The NBA finals this year has the lowest rating, possibly in history. In retrospect, the last World series had the lowest rating in history for baseball with like a 10.1 average and this years NBA finals for the first two games averaged 6.4. And when the in game conversation is mostly about Tony Parker and Eva Longoria, then you know something about the game sucks.

So.....what do you do to get the NBA ratings back up. (And all you Suns fans, just a warning, if you say put the Suns in the finals, I will give you an automatic thumbs down.)

I am looking for a very affordable but very sturdy fixed height outdoor basketball hoop. It needs to be able to stand up to abuse, such as repeated hanging on the rim. It will be located on a school playground on a poured concrete half-court. It needs to be bought online.

I personally think it was the a '02 Sacramento Kings, they had the depth, the talent, the crowd to back them up but questionable calls, poor free throw shooting, late injuries and Robert Horry cost the purple and black their ring...

Plz leave comments on who you think is the greatest team to NOT win it all.

Spurs fans know who Brent Barry is but for you Cavs fans he is the Spur with a very dry sense of humor (he's worse than Coach Pop!). His brother, John Barry, also commentates on ABC before/during/and after the show.

So LeBron's g/f had a baby. FYI Bruce's Bowen's wife had one a few days ago (boy) but of course since he's a Spur and not LeBron that won't be reported anywhere but in SA.

The word dynasty is starting to be thrown around when talking about the Spurs. As "boring" and "uninteresting" the Spurs may be they are on their way to a 4th ring and year after year are the #1 defensive team in the league. I hate to use any "what ifs," but think of this...if Ginobili didn't have a brain fart and foul Dirk in game 7 last year and if Derek Fisher didn't hit that prayer of a shot against the Spurs in 2004, the Spurs could very well be going for their 6TH championship...think about it. Spurs fans you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, does anyone else think the Spurs deserve to be given the title of Dynasty?

As Steve Kerr left his sports analyst positions at an odd time in the middle of the playoffs leaving his non-basketball employers "hanging", do you think that Phoenix President and GM Steve Kerr's active attempt to get Tim Duncan and Bruce Bowen suspended over an event only brought up by Phoenix' Steve Kerr and no one else while Steve Kerr was acting as a sports analyst, do you think that this was ethical.

The NBA investigated Phoenix President and GM Steve Kerr's allegations and found nothing in the alleged allegations.

San Antonio Rocks. There is no way that Cleavland can catch up and beat up to 3 games.

Which big man would you have on your team, Zydruas Igugalskas (Sp.) or Erick Dampier?
Big Z is better offensively while Big E plays better defense sometimes.
Best one gets points!

He's regarded as one of the best pure shooters in NBA history. He led the Celtics to their 13th title in 1976. He was a very good passer and his endurance was remarkable.

A dominate team of the decade?
The most dominate team of the decade?
A 'Spurs' Dynasty? (ex. A Tiger slam)
A Dynasty by all accounts?
A Dynasty for the ages?

The Spurs are definetively a dominate team with emphasis on the big 4 including Bowen have been together for the past 5
years and have won 3 titles.

Spurs are the most dominate team of the decade because they beat the Lakers in 1999 when the Lakers had kobe and Shaq for 3 years prior to Phil Jackson.

A Spurs dynasty. Yes. The Spurs current team won their first title in the first year they formed. Though not a back to back dynasty, because the Spurs were able to conqueor a previous Lakers dynasty coached by Phil Jackson, and dethrone a defending champion in the Pistons, plus the additional 2007 title qualifies the Spurs for dynasty bragging rights.

Not yet a dynasty by all accounts, and certainly not a dynasty for the ages, but give them 2 more years. GO SPURS GO
