I would say the Spurs with 25 year old Tony Parker and twenty something Manu, and, particularly if the Spurs sign early twenties Luis Scola with Tim Duncan, for comparative purposes being some 5 or 6 years younger than Shaq.
I don't think that Horry will be on the Spurs in the fall of 2007 as Horry cannot mentally handle the new second generation synthetic ball, for marketing in the country of India to try to open up that country of almost 1 1/2 billion people, which will be introduced as the decades old leather ball still has at least one NBA game left in it.
Bowen seems to be a young 36 having run down Iverson, Nash, Deron, and, now LeBron in four consecutive playoff series playing in the mid 40 minute range per game.

I'm going out on a limb and guessing The Bucks. The year before this they made the playoffs and added Villanueva this year for Ford and then the dreaded injury bug hit bigtime. They'll get a nice decent piece with the 6 pick and if they stay healthy then they have Williams, Redd, Simmons, Villanueva, Bogut the 6 pick and some half decent bench players. There is also talk that they may be sending Ruben Patterson to NY in a sign and trade for a couple of bodies depending on how the Knicks go in their Quixotic chase for O'Neal/Garnett/Kobe.
I just think they have the pieces to make a run in the weakening East.

Chicago Bulls. They are at least one or two players away, to become more successful. With the rumors of Ben Gordon and Shawn Marion trade, I think that would be a bad idea. Not that Shawn Marion isn't a good player, its just that Marion is not the answer Bulls are looking for. They need a big agile man down low to help Ben Wallace. Maybe just maybe if no one picks up Yi Jianlian, he would be nice. Al Horford would also be a nice fit.
The only player I wouldn't mind losing is Andres Nocioni, but I would hate to lose him. I would really like to see more playing time in Thabo Sefelosha. This guy is very athletic and can create shots for himself as well for others. A pretty good defender. Bulls are in a very good spot, to go in the Finals.

This is probably me being biased but I say the Bulls.
They have a good strong core in Hinrich, Deng, Gordon and Thomas. All they need is a good back-up for PG and a scoring big man. Given that 9th pick oughta help. Whether it is to use or to trade down or for an established post-presence. With a draft this deep with post players, I like our chances.
WIth that I'd also say look out for the Hornets. They only missed the post-season because they had injuries to key people all season long. But still Bulls.
And Charlotte now have Bobcats... not Hornets...

I don't want to break you guys hearts but none of them stand a chance next year! The Spurs, Mavs, Heat, Pistons, Lakers(Kobes), all experienced teams. The lakers haven't won anymore rings because kobe is a ball hogger, but they had a good run. Now it's the spurs' time to shine. Spurs are gonna take it next year too.
