I "think" that Jon Barry was saying that on ESPN. They have young players, and they need veteran support.

Some people are also saying that Rashard Lewis is Portland bound.

What do you fellas think?

Cuz he also put up Nash like numbers (except in percentagse) and averaged almost twice as many steals as Nash and took his team to the NBA finals twice

First of all the teams that are playing are the ones that deserve to be there.
Second, i guess the general public cannot appreciate the fundamentals that go out the window when you watch And 1 or play jungle ball.

I'm a huge ATL Hawks fan (kill me). Who should we take with the #3 and #11 pick? We need a center and a point guard. I think that we should take a center first, because there is a slim chance that Mike Connely jr will be around and a very good chance that Acie Law IV will still be around for pg's at #11. As far as centers go, i was thinking about Hibbert, but he decided to stay in school. Does anyone know anything about the supposedly athletic Yi Jianlian, the 7 footer from China? Would the Hawks be justified in using the #3 pick on him? what are your thoughts?

The organization and the team tanked games during the regualr season to increase their chances of winning the lottery and look what happened LOL

Poor celtics fans, they didn't deserve this.

Portland has first pick in the draft, Seattle has the second pick. Based on this, most think Portland will select Oden. This would mean that Durant will play for Seattle. Who will have a bigger impact on wins next year and be named Rookie of the Year?

The Spurs are passing the ball so well on the offensive end right now, and hitting such a high percentage of there shots. Utah could still make a series of this because they are a terrific home team (third best in the league in the regular season, and undefeated at home in the playoffs 6 - 0), but i'm not sure anybody can beat this team right now. I couldn't see Cleveland competing with this team any better then the Jazz, and the Spurs have a much better bench then Detroit, not to mention home court advantage against whoever they face for the rest of the playoffs. It sure looks like the fourth title in the Duncan era is definitely within reach.

first, tony parker may not be dirty, but hes a wimp, flopping like that when nash had a gash in his forehead(still standing).
bowen, when he kneed nash, that was on purpose, noone would lift their leg up that high just to get some space, unless it was on purpose.also, when he was accused of clippin amare,he probably did do it on purpose, remember the article about kobe and a cheap shot, couldnt conceal it,same thing will happen to bowen, hell do somthin and they wont overlook it.
horry 's foul,it was no flop, he was seein stars after that flagrant foul if you saw it,it was hard to the table.spurs...one word to some their playin up...fundamentals!!!tony parker, only the lamest pg there is,no tricks no nothin.duncan,i barely see him dunk, all he does is bankshot, wheres some real skill.they even have dull colors, black, white, andsilver, wheressomecolors, phoenix, cavs, heat, mavs, warriors, evryone else has cool colors, except them, before u spurs lovers start talkin, take a look outside of ur sprs r # 1 first
