first, tony parker may not be dirty,but hes a wimp,flopping like that when nash had a gash in his forehead(still standing).
bowen,when he kneed nash,that was on purpose,noone would lift their leg up that high just to get some space,unless it was on purpose.also,when he was accused of clippin amare,he probably did do it on purpose,remember the article about kobe and a cheap shot,couldnt conceal it,same thing will happen to bowen,hell do somthin and they wont overlook it.

I agree. they are dirty cheaters with a bunch of cheap trcik up thefir sleeves. they think thevy are hot but in reality they are dirty. Don't worry, the Suns won't play dirty like ur guys team, they will just win with talent as oppossed to others.
And all the "fouls" the spurs did to the suns were on purpose - so obvoious - thye planned it all!!!!!!!

The bottom line is the Spurs play D like nobody else. The most consistently great team of the past 10 years. They are the team that owned the title before the Shaq/Kobe 3-peat, and the team that took it back after that run. They aren't flashy, fast-breaking run-n-gun like the Suns, but they are the silver & black of the NBA. Just win, baby!!!
Yeah, Stern's suspensions were idiotic, but he applied the rule correctly. Just like the tuck rule in the NFL. Besides, the Spurs didn't have Big-shot/cheap shot (take your pick) Horry for game 6, and the Suns had both Stoudemire and Diaw back--- so the Spurs were playing shorthanded and the Suns just didn't get it done...
Dunks don't win NBA championships- otherwise Vince Carter would have 5 rings. Timmy D's banks, Parker's in-the-lane floaters and Bowen's 3-point bombs are what championship B-ball is all about! And to quote Charles Barkley:

First of all let me preface this by saying I am a HUGE Jazz fan, and I'd love nothing more than to see the Spurs flame out.
Now, are you crazy? The Spurs are the most fundamentally sound team in the league. Tony Parker is spectacular, Manu is a freak, and Tim Duncan will go down as one of the top 10 players of all time. I'll give you Bowen. I do think he's a dirty player, but the rest of the team is a class organization who wins with TEAM play.
I only hope my beloved Jazz are taking notes on how the game of basketball should be played.

ok see suns have to really move on....there is no point crying about game 4 again and again and again. we are the laughing stalk of the entire sports world. it doesn't do us any good and it certainly doesn't do the players of the suns any good. its tough we lost. but at least the guys didn't quit when they were down by 20 in game 6. they still fought on when it could have been easier to just fold and give up. take some solace in that. plus, we never found a real way to contain Duncan (kudos to Thomas for his efforts though...) or the rest of the Spurs who were knocking down big shots when it counted most. they are an experienced team, and now that we have played them hopefully we will learn and rebound from this loss. but in the mean time, STOP WHINING AND CARRY ON. swear to god posts like this is getting really annoying now...

Spurs are set to win the West and are favorites for NBA title.
I am not a Spurs fan, but Popovic has it right. Fundamentals win ballgames, not dunks or fancy no look dishes. They don't give out extra style points. That is why the States loses to European teams despite being far more talented. The game is won with defense, solid shooting and simple passing around the half court.
Spurs playing for 3rd title in 5 years. Winning is everything.

I LOVE the Silver and Black!! No answer for them!! They kick @ss all over the court. If there game is so fundamental, why can't they be stopped? Nice orange and purple combo you got going on in Phoenix. It makes Steve Nash and Raja Bell's flops stand out!!
