Phoenix Suns - I may be biast because I'm a Phoenix Suns fan, but I honestly think they have the best starting lineup in basketball. (Diaw, Stoudamire, Bell, Nash, Marion) They have a brilliant coach, and a two time MVP.

Give me your team and a reason behind it. The best answer will be no matter what team, but the reason behind it.

Since people were throwing a tantrum because I asked a question under the wrong catagory, I will now ask here. Wolverines and Spartans need not answer.

Do they like eachother? Seems to me like Luke doesn't want to be like him. Luke went to Arizona while his Dad went to UCLA. Luke plays for the Lakers, Bill played with the Celtics?

I say Bailey. I don't care what league it is basketball is basketball. Bailey was faster, a better shooter, & was a better point guard then Nash.

I am a 5'11'' Senior in High School. I have contacted the coaches and they told me there will be walk-on tryouts in the fall. How difficult do you think it would be to make the team.

Both teams went out prematurely in this year's NCAA tournament. But the good news is none of the starters from either team are seniors, so the outlook for next year are good (at least for Duke, Kevin Durant could leave).

Cuz i know the odds are around 9,000,000,000,000,000,000 to 1 i saw it on ESPN and i wonder if anyone has ever defeated those odds, and you more likely to win the lottery that get a perfect bracket. You have to be incretibly lucky to do it.

I think it's a crime to have West as the symbol & not MJ. Michael Jordan made a much LARGER impact on the NBA then Jerry West. Most of the time you think of basketball MJ would enter your head. To be honest I don't know how West became the symbol anyways. There been others players before West that was greater then him.

if you could put 5 starters on a team to work in unison, who would they be(not just superstars)
i think...
c-Ben Wallace- shot blocking

pf-Elton brand,or Jermain Oneal- low post scoring, shot blocking

sf-Ron Artest, Shawn Marion, or Bruse Bowen-perimeter defence, can hit open 3

sg-rip Hamilton-moving without the ball

pg-steve nash, chris paul, derron williams, or jason kidd-passing playmaker

what do you think?

Just curious if anyone knew why the NBA uses 12 minute quarters instead of 15 minute quarters like the NFL. The other two big leagues who use clocks have their quarters/periods equal to an hour just wondering why the NBA doesn't do the same. Is it a fatigue factor?
