I say Bailey. I don't care what league it is basketball is basketball. Bailey was faster, a better shooter, & was a better point guard then Nash.

Bailey was a great prospect once. But he got too much pressure put on him too soon. Everybody handles that a little differently. He had the tools but ...
Nash came from nowhere and never quit. He's where he is today because the guy has a huge motor.
Attitude can make or break anybody. Good comparison here.

First of all, the league does matter. The NBA is the best players in the WORLD. Going up against them and going up against NBA rejects, are two totally different things. I don't know Damon Bailey as well as you do, for all I know maybe this guy can beat Steve Nash one on one. I seriousley doubt it, but it could happen. But Nash makes everyone around him better, lightning quick decisions, and is a gamechanger. I don't think Damon is as good a shooter as Nash, and even though he's faster, he's not quicker.
And saying that he is a better point guard than Nash, that's just crazy. Think about Phoenix before Nash, when they had Marbury. The only major change from that team, with an exception of the Marbury-Nash thing was Amare Stoudamire. He's a great player, but the Suns played without him for most of last season, and made it to the Western conference finals. No way could Damon Bailey be that good.

I'm an IU fan, but you have to be kidding, right? Bailey can't even hack it as a high school coach and last I heard, Steve Nash still has a job...as the star point guard for an elite NBA franchise.
Sometimes, even Damon Bailey homers need to get off the wagon.

Nah son, I saw Damon Bailey play a little while ago. He's just an overall better player than Nash. League don't matter.

You must be brain dead!! Damon Bailey was the golden boy at IU and still underachieved. I saw it when my Orange (Syracuse) put a foot in his butt. Obviously his foot speed was a concern to NBA scouts who looked at him( that and his inability to get his own shot, can anyone say Steve Alford) and can you name any season when Bailey shot a higher percentage from the field, behind the arc, and free throw line than Nash? Didn't think so, what are you the king off misinformation?

Nash is the man right now, what happened to Bailey in the NBA, Hell Bailey did not want to see Randolph Childress, now he was a beast.

Steve Nash. No doubt. The league does matter. you can't be in the NBA unless you are really talented, afterall.
