It irks the heck out of me! I see these players put their heart and soul into tying up a player with the ball, only to have the "possession arrow" go to the other team. Why not just have the two players do what they do in the NBA in a jump-ball situation...jump up for the freakin' ball?

It's being built on a 5 acre lot. He bull dozed down the 2 million dollar mansion that was on the lot because..well..it was too small. Why do people find this so disgusting? Sure, teachers only make 40k but they get 3 months off for the summer.

I'm starting to get ticked off with the constant Kobe Bashing and people saying Kobe isn't even in MJ's League, if that's the case then Why out of so many people in the League Past & Present, that Kobe Bryant is compared to Michael more than any other Player to Jordan.

Now don't confuse My words I'm not saying Kobe's Better Than MJ But I certainly think he's not too far, In fact he's the closet thing to Jordan than anyone else. But I seriously think the world has built Up Jordan to such a high status that they Can't and won't except anyone else to surpass him and dethrone "his Airness" it's just a fact Jordan has been Branded into People's minds and he's never going to come Second and no one will ever put anyone above Jordan, because of what he's done in the past and I guess some people feel threatned when they say Kobe is the next Jordan or Kobe is better than Jordan.
For Kobe bryant to constantly be compared to "The Greatest Player of all time" he must be doing something right?

yeah im watching this vid right now and it shows AI intercepting the ball and he runs and it looked like he took 3 steps and then he did a little spin lay up while david wesley was guarding him (or whoever) it was a few yrs ago im guessing 00-01

Everyone says they should win their division and get a top 4 spot. But home court comes down to record alone so that doesn't mean anything.

Looking at Toronto's schedule they have a pretty easy run which means if Miami wins its division it gets 4th against the Bulls a team they have struggled against without home court and thats BAD. And the winner plays 1st seed.

If they stay in 6th they play Toronto/Washington and they are definitely beatable, then the winner plays 2nd place. What do yall think?

I'm a high school assistant basketball coach, and I've seen it done in league play. I just can't find a rule book to prove it so I'm posting my question here. From what I understand, you can legally grab your own airball as long as it has been construed as a shot and not a pass by the referee.

Please do not answer if you have no knowledge of the game or just play at the park, I need someone familiar with the rules.
