yeah im watching this vid right now and it shows AI intercepting the ball and he runs and it looked like he took 3 steps and then he did a little spin lay up while david wesley was guarding him (or whoever) it was a few yrs ago im guessing 00-01

In the NBA... they never call that travel (3 steps).
NCAA, HS, or the playground it's a travel.
