Don't they know that winning back to back WS hasn't happened in quite some time, and is a very rare feat to do.

Their ********* and arrogance will be their undoing.
Seems like red sox fans are worse than yankee fans these days.

agree?

Do you think that the player's union will get fed up over the Mitchell report to strike? I mean if the powers that be want more testing will the player's stand for it?

Seems to me he should havehad many more. 38 home runs, a .388 batting average, yet only 87 RBIs. look at his 1939 season. a .327 batting average, just 31 home runs, yet still 145 RBIs, his second highest total.

hey, im a redsox fan, but i am not cutting Papelbon any slack. the 2007 world series ball is just as important as the 2004 world series ball. idc how good papelbon is, im furious. and why did 'tek give it to him? give it to someone who deserves it! sure papelbon didnt allow a run the whole postseason, but the front office, theo, terry or just the team in general should get it. if doug mientkiewicz did this with the 2004 bball, he'd be as bad as bill buckner. do you think papelbon will lose any respect because of this? i think he should.

I heard that MLB decide to open the opening series in Japan between Boston Red Sox and Oakland A's. With two pitchers from Red Sox rotation and bullpen will return to their homeland as bring the World Series championship and will playing for Red Sox. With Dice-K might not on the Red Sox team because of his wife's birth at that time on March 25-26.

I want to see the Opening Day in Japan where Red Sox and A's will have the matches there.

Also why do you think he's so popular?

Also, what are some early (very early) predictions for the 2008 cubs, and the 2008 season?

as buying steroids in 1996. Well, he played from 1990-2003, and it just so happens that his career best year was 1996 when he hit 41 HR's and 112 RBI's. In 1997 he had a pretty good year also, hitting 30 HR's and 86 RBI's. The rest of his career was downhill from there and pre-1996 he was just an average player. His stats went through the roof in 1996, the year he was linked to roids. I understand why players do them, because they work, and he got paid millions more for the rest of his career. You agree?
