He has released a few statements through his agent or whoever, and also posted a youtube response today saying he's waiting till after the Holidays to address this on 60 minutes with Mike Wallace. I can understand that, let the guy at least have Christmas in peace. He's 100% guilty though.

More importantly why isn't Clemens suing Schilling who called him out, He most of all would be a likely candidate who someone who is saying they are innocent and being called out by someone who runs his mouth a lot. but look at the two players he has called out Bonds and now Clemens so far neither sued him for what I would called deformation of character. Now looks at the situation Bonds is in. He is in court and his reputation is tainted whether he is found guilty or not. its one thing to say over and over your innocent but not taking any aggressive action against your character tells you a lot.Clemens may be innocent but he is not doing much to keep his reputation intact. so far he is following Bonds and could end like Bonds in a court case.

doesnt matter what he does now, hes done in my eyes, they will try to get him past this and hope it blows over, but like you said if i was innocent i would be screaming from the top of my lungs and then i would be owning some serious stock in baseball when it was done, but the wait he is doing just shows one thing he is guilty, they are just trying to get some defence togethera loophole like always, but anybody want some roger shootups cards, think i will stick some needles in them and auctionthem off for about.10 cents, they mean nothing anymore just like the rest of the guilty ones

Put a sock in it, the report named dozens of other players as well and I don't hear any of them professing their innocence either

So, let's say there was one cookie left on the table. 15 minutes later, it's gone. I did not eat it. When asked if I ate it, I don't say anything. That is an automatic admission of guilt because I didn't go on a rant on how I didn't eat it?

Yeah, he can cover it up all he wants with lies, but he knows he did it, and if he sued MLB he would get caught because he did it.

it's not like everyone's gonna believe him if he does.
and if you look at it in another perspective.. when someone keeps saying he didn't do something it sounds like he is trying way too hard and suspicious

You know his lawyers are advising him to lay low.
He has released the same statement twice.

yea thats usually the indicator that a player is lying. if someone wrote wrong sh1t about you, you sue them. but since nobody is taking any legal action, they must all be guilty.
