Of course, I know that Barry Bonds is being tried for other things than just steroid or human growth hormone use. But with big names like Clemens and Pettitte on the Mitchell list, do you think that his will help or hurt Barry?

Sam D is absolutely right. Bonds has been waiting (secretly I'm sure) for a partner in crime on these allegations. Bonds has been longing for a scapegoat and he just may have gotten one with the Mitchell Report. Only problem is, Barry Bonds is facing serious jail time for lying under oath and obstruction of justices charges. Clemens has not yet testified to a federal grand jury or made any statement whatsoever about steroids or HGH in court. Overall, I think it helps Barry Bonds, but hinders the game of Baseball.

How could this possibly help Barry? Barry is beyond help, he needs to run away to Norway.

His case before the court, no. His case before the public, maybe. Of course, nobody thought he was alone in his steroid use. If he hadn't broken the HR records, nobody would have cared. If he weren't such a jerk, nobody would have cared.
