Like everybody is saying, that is a switcher hitter, but where they will bat will depend on the pitcher is of which side of the plate they will bat at. If the pitcher is a lefty, the batter will be right handed, if the pitcher is a right hander, then the batter will bat left handed. And batters always seem to tell, or know what the pitcher pitches left handed, or right handed.
