He's 67 years old, and he gets a 1 year offer at 5 million with an additionaly 3 million in incentives. He'll be the highest paid coach still, and he'll have the highest payroll in baseball to work with. Why does he see it as a slap in the face. Also, NY Yankees should learn to be more patient and develop farm players and than fill in the gap with free agents. It's so fun to watch the Yankees lose!!!

7 MVP's, 8 Gold Gloves, 12 Silver Sluggers, Most HR single season, Most walks single season, highest slugging percentage single season, highest on base percentage single season,13 consecutive seasons with 30+ HR, 5 30HR-30SB seasons, invented the 500HR-500SB club, and most HR career. i may be forgeting some, but that's a pretty good resume. and yes obviously i know about the steroids so let's leave that out of this discussion please.

Most of them are probably nothing. Some are from the 60's, one from the 50's (it is a little damaged). How thourough are those books? What do they cost? Are Rockie's and Indians' cards worth anything now that they have made it to the series? How about the ones from before they were on the team?

I mean That Each if they dont win as WS , The Year is a Failure . Personally as a Yankee Fan, Having That Kind of Mentality is not Being Realistic i know they Have a 200 million Payroll and bunch of Superstars and etc , But They Still Have to Play 162 Pitch good and have Have a good Offense, I Thinking Making it to the Playoffs is Good enough because they Have a Chance to win , but the Fact is There Not always going to win the Ws, Not that Im Saying i dont want them to win a ws i do Want them to Win , but Im being Realistic there not going to win it every single Year if they Won the WS ever Year Baseball would not be Invented , they would Just wait it to be Late October and get the Trophy and go Celebrate

What Part of that Does George Not Understand ???

Curt Schilling tries to keep the Red Soxs alive in Game 6 tonight. His last Game 6 is most known as the bloody sock game. Boston must win to keep their playoff hopes alive.

So my Question: Will the Indians close it out tonight or will the Red Soxs send it to a game 7.

Now that his tenure as Manager of the Yankees is over, what's next for Joe Torre? St. Louis? Florida? Seattle? Baltimore?

To put it blunt, what team will Torre (if it happens) go to? Be specific.
