Now that his tenure as Manager of the Yankees is over, what's next for Joe Torre? St. Louis? Florida? Seattle? Baltimore?

Torre should probably just "retire". Right now after World World Series Championships and 12 straight playoff appearances, his shoes are going to be very tough for the Yankees to fill.
Anybody remember Billy Martin and Bob Lemon? Well Torre has more to offer than Billy Martin and Bob Lemon. Chances are very good that Torre will be back on the Yankee bench.
Thing is, the core of the Yankee team is aging. Torre is getting out at the right time. Yankees need to restock.

Except Joe Torre isn't some co-dependent enabler obsessed with the so-called, "Yankee Mystique" that, more or less, was the catalyst that drove Billy Martin to a premature grave.
