Baseball - March 2007

do you think they will ever make baseball like the NFL or NBA where you have to be one or two years out of high school to enter the draft? and if you think so, when will it occur?

I saw a baseball game a few years ago where a team hit 3 triples and 3 singles in one inning and didn't score a run. Can you explain how this could happen?

There weren't any errors in the inning, and nobody fell down and couldn't run the bases. Good luck!

I just joined a baseball team and it is my first time playing.
I knew for the fact that my throwing and catching are very off.
I practice as hard as I can , but my coach put me in as an outfielder instead of teaching me how to be a pitcher , I just don't have it in my heart to be an outfielder and he knows this. There is a game today but I haven't got enough time to practice and I'm not that experienced. I don't want to bring down a 1st division team with my pathetic excuse for skills , I want to practice more but this game came up. I don't have the confidence right now, My coach keeps on telling me that he will work on me one on one but he never does.
I don't even know why I loved the game so much in the first place .
