Well, Ted Williams did it in his first year, 3rd and 4th, but not the second.
If you want to look at when they started playing offence for the first time, you need to look at Babe Ruth, he did it his first two years (in 1920 and 1921), but obviously you are looking for Albert Pujols who has done it all 6 years of his young ML career.
But the question is a bit tainted, running the totals for 2006 say, the average player with 600 at bats, hit 19.3 hr, 84.7 r, 80.8 RBIs and hit .269.
For 2001, the average 600ab player was .264-20-83-79, so with this question you are really only asking someone to be 14% better in batting, 52% better in hrs, 26% more RBIs and 20% more runs.
But, in 1939, the average player was .275-5-40-42, requiring them to be more like 9% better in batting, 477% in HRs, 152% more in RBIs and 134% more in runs.
Based on the 2001 target, a player only needed to be .304, 8, 50, 48 to be today's .300-30-100-100 guy.

I know that Albert has done it every year hes been in the majors.But I believe he wasn't the first.The name isn't coming to me right now I'll have to get back to you on this.
