of all those tigers fans out there, how many do you think where fans 3 years ago when they almost had the worst record in history. im guessing that there wern't to many, but not that they are doing good, everyone likes them

Help! My dad just got tickets to the world series tomarrow from a friend, and asked me to go with him! I work 7pm-7am so I'd have to call in to work. I hate calling in sick when I'm not and I'm paranoid I'll get found out! Too late to find someone to cover for me. Someone please tell me something to make me not feel guilty and paranoid!

On a personal note, it would be a very special occasion for me and my dad. He has terminal cancer. We both love baseball, it's always been kind of our special bond. He hasn't been to a world series since '68. (Cardinals vs Detroit!) I really want to go with him.

I think any reasonable person would agree that their has to be a punishment for this. Regardless of the affect it may or may not have had on the outcome of the game, it has overshadowed the World Series and has brought into question the integrity of the game. So what is a fair punishment?

I think it is because they know they suck, and getting their butts whipped stings ALOT. They are just trying to make excuses because they know they are going to lose

If the substance that was found on the bottom left part of Kenny Rogers palm [assumably dirt] was not labelled as an illegal substance, then why did the Home plate umpire make him wash it off? There's something fishy [and hidden] going on in the background. Something they're not revealing. Fox Sports tried to ask Tony LaRoussa about it, and he simply said he would not talk about that issue at this time. Was this maybe a camera man's mistake to pick up on a conspiracy?

I am a Cardinal fan and personally, I wish he kept it on cuz he pitched better after he washed his hands - but the fact is, he used more than a rosin bag and that is all the rules allow for - so, I ask, did he cheat or just grab someone's wood in the dugout?

They really didn't think they could beat the mighty Cardinals did they? Mind you, we were the underdogs. No one believed in us but look where we're at now! In a few days time, we will be the World Series Champions! I feel bad because the Tigers are embarrasing themselves.
