If the substance that was found on the bottom left part of Kenny Rogers palm [assumably dirt] was not labelled as an illegal substance, then why did the Home plate umpire make him wash it off? There's something fishy [and hidden] going on in the background. Something they're not revealing. Fox Sports tried to ask Tony LaRoussa about it, and he simply said he would not talk about that issue at this time. Was this maybe a camera man's mistake to pick up on a conspiracy?

He washed it off before the Cardinals really did anything. They really didn't make him wash it off. But that was just superstition why Kenny Rogers does that. And it was pine tar. Anyway, that's just a excuse to why the cardinals suck so badly. Kenny Rogers is a great pitcher no matter what he puts on his hand.

Well, what I heard was that the home plate umpire simply asked him to wash it off so that there wouldn't be any controversy about it.
Another thing-this whole situation is over and I think people are making way to big of a deal out of it. Tony LaRoussa could have complained about it and it would have been investigated, but since he didn't, the whole thing is over.

tigers won final score 1-3 lets all move on he washed it off in the 2 inning and pitched 7 more innings of perfection

they didn't make him wash it off. He hurried and washed it off before the Cardinals requested that the umps look at it because then they would have ejected his cheating butt.
