The American League is obviously the better league. Just look at the all-star games and inter-league play. The Tigers have harder competition. The National League has mediocre teams yet the Cardinals still had the worst record as a division leader. Pujols has a hurt hamstring and is not performing with it. Kenny Rogers is pitching amazingly well, and he won the Tigers a game yesterday (He's got another game to pitch most likely, too). The line-up for the Cardinals is pretty good, but overall I think the Tigers will win it all. Don't rule them out, though.

Detroit Tigers 4 wins 2 losses

I would have to say Detrioit Tigers. I hope it will be the Cardinals, but seriously, they had the best record for a playoff contender and divison leader. Their defense sucks nowadays. They can't even catch 1 fly ball! So, I just hope the Cards win. Normally, I'd want the AL to win, because I'm a Yankees fan, but not this year. The Tigers defeated the Yankees in the 1st round, so BOO TIGERS! The Cards beat the Mets in the 2nd round, so GO CARDS!

But, you got to admit. It's the Tigers year. After what Kenny Rogers did, it's going to be Verlander.

Game 3: Cards
Game 4: Tigers
Game 5: Tigers
Game 6: Tigers

AL Rookie of the Year will go to Justin Verlander. Even though I hate him for defeating the Yankees and Mike Mussina,, you have to admit, he's great.

Whoever thinks Detroit will win has some issues. I know you want them to win but, deep down inside, deep, deep down inside, you know that it will not happen. I mean, look at our pitching lineup- Carpenter (2005 Cy Young Award Winner, Suppan (2006 NL MVP). Our batting lineup- Rolen, Edmonds, J-Rod, Molina, Spiezio, Duncan, Taguchi, and of course Pujols. Yeah so we've pretty much got this thing in the bag.

So does that answer your obvious question?

I HATE CHELSEA
