The longest i ever saw was hit by of all people, Juan Encarnacion in yankee stadium when he was still with the tigers. He hit it off of Ramiro Mendoza. The ball cleared the monuments, AND cleared the bullpens and that empty space behind the bullpens and landed in the Left Center bleachers!!! I had never EVER seen a ball hit, and still havent, that landed in the left center bleachers...it had to be 500 ft!! When the ball came down there was just this collective *gasp* in the stadium.

Say for instance a batter hits a grounder to third base and third base throws it to first to get this batter out. Would that be a ground out to third or a firce out 5-3 ( third to first)

Of course BlowSox fans think he is the greatest player alive, but real baseball people know he's an overrated, fat, steroid-gobbling fool that would not be playing if it were not for the designated hitter rule in the American League.... back in my day, this fat fool would not even be playing at all...
